Look at the difference between Castillo 🆚 Corrales 1 and then see the rematch Castillo 🆚 Corrales 2. Castillo got knocked out in their first fight and then missed weight by 3.5 pounds for their second fight and stopped Corrales in 4 rounds in the rematch… That weight matters so Ryan has a huge advantage. I’m a fan of both guys but after everything I’ve seen Garcia doing recently I hope Haney wins, it’s better for boxing. Garcia needs to take time out after this and get some help.

Dan in retrospect you were wrong on a couple of things The xtra weight was a smart move (like Floyd/Marq, Salido/loma) so he came in strong and beat Haney bad (3 knockdowns maybe 5?) Haney- not so great as you said because he had no answer to the left hook and couldn’t adjust against a equally big fighter and no more advantage being a weight bully Also who are you to say he’s acting crazy and shouldn’t fight? They thought Ali was crazy during the pre Liston build up and be obviously had great success
