iFly Orlando - 3rd Block - Belly fly to Back fly transitions

I've got 200+ jumps but I haven't jump for 2 years, last week I went to iFly Orlando (yeah same SkyVenture Orlando, they just changed their name) and asked for 3 ten minutes blocks to get coaching on various skills. So this is the result.
I know my Back flying sucks, anyways I managed to work the transitions very well. I'd definitely get some more back flying training next time I'm nearby a wind tunnel.
