two events in a row where the men's finals seem more challenging (for the routesetters) than the women's. Do you think it is a random coincidence or not? Maybe the very even field plays a role?
@BetaRoutesetting6 жыл бұрын
i guess it´s partly due to the even field. hojer, narasaki, rubtsov not in finals. the whole semi final group is just incredible strong and fit. i know now what happened to m3 at chongqing - will upload a video with the tweaks in a couple of days hopefully and what happened with boulder 2 i don´t know yet. i guess for womes they just increased the difficulty - akyio and miho are the only ones able to do all 4 at all so the other girls just climb "with" them in the final round... and maybe the ifsc or tv channels forced them to set harder for the guys so they were more on the edge. hard to tell, i´ll try to get more information somehow! cheers niki
