Have you ever wondered what it is like fasting in Japan?
There are still lots of Japanese people who do not know what Ramadhan or fasting is. So here in this video, we'll be sharing what is Ramadhan, Sahoor and Iftar, as well as the environment of Iftar at one of the mosque in Tokyo, Camii Mosque.

Fasting is beneficial if it doesn't involve sugar, which, btw, feeds cancer. Centuries ago a few dates caused no harm. Nowadays with processed foods, there's sugar in most of them. Read food labels. Research HFCS. Understand that if a food is cheap and tasty, it probably contains indigestible industrially processed refined grain or seed oils or HFCS (or equivalent) or both.

I SO badly wanna go but my cousin went and said everywhere she went,,, it was very hard to find proper food to eat.. other than fish there really isnt anything there. pleeeeeease make more halal restaurants across japan lol i kno it sounds selfish but its for the better ment of japan and everyone if u think about it
