Hey, i am watching you from Montreal, Canada & it's so nice that you bought iftar for your mom & you do help the others. Also here in Canada everythings price went up, last year cooking oil use to be 20-25$ for 20L now is 45-50$ so its not only Bangladesh or for ramadan, it is everwhere. Best wishes

You know my friend the spirit of giving should be all year around 365 days NOT just during religious times. In Canada and USA they have non profit agencies that provide food, clothing etc for under privileged people or homeless individuals. A lot of privileged individuals, corporate and restaurants collaborate and distribute items all the time. I think it can be done if everyone that want to help come together and join forces, for example your celebrities, clothing industry owners, restaurants and others.
