It's possible that someone before had attempted to use compressed air to clear the clog in the sunroof drain and popped it off - at least that's what's common in other makes - given it's GM my gut tells me they used material that was less expensive as a lot of things are built to a "price point"

i was surprised too, but i found a few threads online where they are shrinking from repeated hot / cold cycles... I dont know to be honest.

When you are working on rear of vehicle interior is that the scan grip connect light on a tripod or something else? Seems to work well

yea its the multimatch 3 connect, on a camera tripod using a Milwaukee m18 battery
