Igado ingredients:

5 siling labuyo
½ kilo pork liver (sliced)
1 kilo pork (sliced)
2 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp soy sauce
Cornstarch (small amount, for thickening)
1 liter of water (for boiling pork)
1 cup of water (from boiled pork)
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp salt
