HOW TO COOK IGADO (exact ingredients below)
Igado is a popular Ilocano dish made from kasim and pig’s innards such as liver and heart. The meat and vegetables were cut into strips and simmered.

Ingredients:
Pork kasim
Pork liver
Pork heart
1 pc medium potato
1 pc small carrot
1 pc small bell pepper
4 cloves of garlic
2 pcs. medium onions
2 tbsp of fish sauce
2 tsp of ground pepper
1 small can of liver spread
3 tbsp of vinegar
3 to 5 pcs of bay leaves
2 tbsp of Annatto oil
1 small can of green peas
Ingredients for Marinating the Pork innards:
3/4 cup of soy sauce
1 small can of pineapple juice
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
