@@mefastman77 yup, the 911R I don't think is finished, it uses the same sound as the 911 from KT's past WRC sounds so I think that's a placeholder. The other vehicles are quite accurate tho!

Forget Forza Horizon, silly off-roading/hillclimbing in vehicles absolutely not suited for offroad terrain was always one of my favourite things to do in the previous two Test Drive Unlimited games. Kind of a bummer that it's not possible in the new one.

Have to remember licensing is harder now than it was 10 and 20 years ago. In TDU SC, there is a dedicated Ferrari and educated Lamborghini dealership each in their irl location. TDU2 only had ferrari, Audi, Benz (am I really not forgetting any?)

Are the physics and the handling model still in alpha phase? I saw that in the demo the cars are kinda "snapping" when turning so how did it feel when you drove the cars? The game looks amazing none the less even in this phase and can't wait to see more gameplay and more features from the game 😎

Seeing so many negative comments about the graphics , gameplay etc. if you look top left it clearly says alpha stage and anyone who doesn’t know that KZbin compresses videos really needs to wait up. We had it confirmed at the end that it’s releasing early 2024 so the game is still a work in progress. Big congrats to Alex , the last 3/4 years of following test drive has paid off. Super hyped for you. KT really did throw it out the bag this time. Loads more undisclosed features and things to do in the game. Lot of people comparing this to forza and the crew😅 Bring on 2024 I’m ready

Well, that's the typical of most people on internet. They aren't keen enough to understand the fact that the game is still on alpha phase. They dont event read it carefully either. However, IMHO tdu sc graphic and physics reminds me with TDU 2. It' 2020's already, it's time for a huge overhaul. Kylotonn should work harder on tdu sc.

I absolutely love the stream, even though the presentation was pretty weird. It showed so much about the game and i think that the game looks incredible even for an alpha. Of course there are some things missing like pedestrians and some details in the map, i also don't really like the camera for some weird reason and i'd like it if the cars had their own gauges, but i'm happy we got so much gameplay and stuff shown about the game, like the clan wars, new cars, seasons, the HQs, the map (which looks a bit weird with the neon green instead of being satellite) and more. It's also really interesting to me how we got the gameplay and how it looks compared to the images i had of the game in my head. Really hyped for this game, i would also love to see some more gameplay of the career, dealerships etc to make the game feel more like a tdu game than it already does to me just seeing this trailer

Congratulations Alex! 🎉 Considering this was captured on alpha version of the game, it is really amazing. There is a lot of you talking about graphics. Now, there is a time cycle and it is realistic for buildings to have in door lights off at 2am. Game is colorful and it has great sense of speed. It looks like a proper PS5/XOne game. Car sounds are so good. Car physics feels kinda simcade and promising, but that's fine since they are not going for the simulation. Indicators, wipers, detailed cockpit, lights, gas stations, parking lots, photo mode, wrecks, possibly season cycle, headlight control.. they delivered. Only thing that now this game is missing are fuel and full wheel rotation, but that's fine. This is beautiful. Thank you!

Respect to you Alex but my opinion is unbiased since I did not get to visit the studio and I don't have to be nice to them for future opportunities. - The gameplay in that trailer was at a low resolution, 1080p with KZbin compression ain't it. Resolution is important to make a positive first impression. - The physics and handling seems to be exactly like TDU2 and we all know that TDU2 is well known for having poor handling and physics. Sim-cade are just words. It needs to control well which from the footage made a poor impression. It really makes you doubt if they've put their priorities on features over the core of a racing game first. KT Racing makes racing games, how is the handling not final after all these years. - What does TDU:SC has to differentiate itself from other racing games? walking around. That's cool but they did not show enough of what makes it stand out as a racing game. Once again, priorities. Overall, it looks like this trailer was handled by people who know very little about video games. It's just not good. I am exited for the game but I totally understand the disappointment and this should be a learning experience on HOW NOT TO make a video game trailer for Nacon in the future. The third person car view camera movement (exactly like TDU2) and handling at low speed doesn't look fun and it looks like it needs a complete overhaul. TT Isle of Man looks more like a TDU game than this. My opinion is solely based on the trailer.

I love the how the game looks, the graphics are solid and the sounds are beautiful, from what Alex said on stream the physics are good but the character models and especially their movement is really stiff and lifeless which is disappointing since there are so many activities besides driving. I wasn't expecting burnout paradise level crashes and damage so what they do in tdusc is totally fine. And honestly the presentation was pretty bad. I think it's because none of the people playing have any experience specifically in tdusc so they couldn't show how enjoyable driving in this game can be, and watching people crash the whole time is frankly unpleasant to watch, that and also the huge awkwardness that is always present at events like this might have caused so many negative reactions. Overall I think the game is coming together greatly. Hopefully the time they have left is enough to fix the issues present. Really excited to play❤

Severely disappointed actually, just looks like a reskinned forza horizon with the graphics and the UI, not saying the graphics are bad but it has that sort of generic the crew 2/fh lighting and map layout that doesn't make it stick out, the lack of traffic for it being HK especially makes it a bit worse in that regard but that can be overlooked for optimization purposes Also before anybody mentions it being alpha, besides the traffic concern I don't think between now and early next year anything I mentioned is gonna drastically change but I'd love to be wrong

I watched the live presentation and I will definitely still be getting the game. The only thing is the release of The Crew Motorfest which is a lot earlier. I've been wanting an arcade game for such a long time now I feel it can be good to try both even though I usually don't do that. The other thing is that they got the island vibe going which makes for good variety.

In my opinion, it doesn't look bad just like forza or nfs, not worse, not better. But I have two problems with this game, first of all, what we saw should be closed in two or maybe 3 years of production, considering that it is a small studio and the game is allegedly made for 6 years, in such a time I would expect min. maps the size of Oahu from the first part, which is... 17 years old. I really don't understand why there is such a regression in this field in cars. Almost 20 years ago it was possible and it went faster and now it is impossible? The second thing is the name, I think they would be better off if they made a new brand for this game, which they showed instead of spending money on the TDU brand and facing old fans of previous parts while doing something completely different. Because for me, the only thing this game has in common with the original tdu is the announced car showrooms and the ability to move around several rooms, the rest looks like a standard competition for forza, the crew and nfs.

I am hyped for game but so many things are missing. Massive TDU fan but TDU1 must be reference for game not 2nd iteration, first of all dark map, press M on original TDU and u are in heaven. TDU1 had vivid colors, sky that was from another level. To sum up TDU was gentleman game this is just child toy. This will Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown but no where near original TDU. If any off us compares game will be disappointed..

I am really disappointed with the map, I find everthing else carries the true dna of test drive apart from the maps. The previous test drive games had realistic scale maps when you would zoom out you could see the map of the whole country, and the mini map when driving would be a realistic looking gps satnav. This game misses these details, but I do hope they implement this at least when it releases. Because right now it has the need for speed kind of feel to it

2018 Lotus Evora GT430 is in Assetto Corsa as Mod and Looks Fantastic - Amazing Car - Quite a few Videos in It - Yes You Looked Soo good in Ya Gear Man! I am Blown away with the Map - You Have always said do not worry about map - I never was worried and the Varied Driving Locations EASILY beats FH5 Map. That Wheel Menu is Sooo Good - Beats every other game made lol. That City Map Lloks so Detailed as well full of feeling and vibe. Great to here Road cars cant drive well on Dirt, but That Corvette at the start of video?? Did it have Dirt Tyres? - No Rally Cars Yet - Very Surprised as they have the Rally Car Models of course from WRC - Maybe Licencing but I would be very happy to have the cars then skin them up with content creators skins. Rear end Damage was good but that GTR Smash should have really caused Damage! Looking Forward to new build Gameplay Great Video as Ever!
