Y'know, I think this one is actually better than the second Injustice. Character models obviously don't look as good as Injustice 2, but at least people don't always fight with gear advantages. The wagers looked more epic in this game, too

Superman was nerfed a fair bit in the last patch, he's still incredibly solid but not as insanely brain dead as before. If anything it's Zod and Killer Frost you have to watch out for.

YEAH! Vita version has 1 gameplay vid online and it looks AMAZING. It's supposed to run at the same frame rate as console (60fps). The graphics look only SLIGHTLY toned down, and the interactables looked a bit stiff, but that's my only complaint so far. It's released Nov. 12 in the U.S. so maybe they're still working on it? I was a gametester once and the programmers were still fixing bugs only a few DAYS before releasing the game in stores! lol O_O

At launch this game had 9 solid keep away characters out 24 characters so that gives you an idea of the type of game we are dealing with. As for supes, he is still high tier and ppl play him because well tournaments are for money and obviously one will tend to make sure they get that money. People hatedKDZ at evo and other places but you know what? Those people aint paying his bills. He knows people hate him, but he knows superman making money for him. tournament is different from casual play

YIKES! I was wondering about Batgirl. She looked fun for a gadget character but I hope no one will be too broken. I've heard gamers complain about literally half the cast or more, but pre-patch, Supes was still the #1 gripe for most ppl...hopefully not anymore now! It's not just about someone being too good, but also having a shallow strategic style. I want to have a practical (and a fun) reason for doing more than pressing the same 2 buttons repeatedly, for example lol.

Lol, ok. I suppose this game is still in its infancy? The dlc characters in particular are still pretty new, and MMH, at least, seems to have a lot of untapped potential at this point. I think ppl said BA is good cos of his trait and damage output? I've mostly just been watching match vids with REO and TS Sabin to learn more about MMH...my main concerns are whether the game on Vita will lag a lot over multiplayer and how unbalanced the roster might be...

See PND Ketchup. He plays Deathstroke respectably. Sure, he shoots a lot and uses that jump 3 a lot, but we all abuse our strong air attacks. He uses gunshots to bait reactions and get some free chip, which makes up for Deathstroke's mediocre combo damage potential. By comparison, shazam can get up to over 50 and 60 percent damage sometimes and people call him weak, but Deathstroke is lucky to get 40 at best and has no resets that I'm aware of.

I dont even know why people place BA as a top tier i'd say he's mid to high because unlike superman he actually has cons such as no low starting combos no anti airs and hardly any mix ups. I'd say the order from worst to best is BA,MMH, Supes.

Honestly, I am a big fan of MK but Injustice was a disappointment. Although KDZ did play cheap, it is not his fault. A good game rewards you for being creative and mixing things up. If a game rewards you for zoning and repeating a move, than it is a bad game.

It's improved massively. Too the point where this game has two "eras" pre patch and post patch. Watch more modern gameplay. It's more about mixups, intelligence and pressure. KDZ himself has adapted and become much faster and zones a lot less.

His guns do less then half the level of damage and his back walk is slow as fuck. Not to mention it's just genuinely easier to get in on people now. You can still zone but you can't build your whole character off of it.

Two things. One side wins or they sometimes just ignore the other and neither side get hit. I tested this with Superman.

vita? that news to me. that really sounds interesting. would be nice to play this game on the go. imo, batgirl is broken, people can still do those high low mixups. There is no skill in defending them, you simply have to GUESS right. will she hit high or low? Sure it takes some execution skill to pull it off, but having the opponent to guess is crazy. It's not something you can "read". And it reset damage scaling and the mixup itself costs no meter.

Combos do more damage for 1 bar than Superman's super does for 4. It's not ridiculous it's useless. It's solely a game finisher. Nobody is going to waste all their meter for a super that won't win the match when they can do more with a combo.

Their playing the version of the game before the 1.06 changes. So yeah in this version Superman is really really good. Now he is just good. His super is now 6 frames instead of 2. A 2 frame super with incredible damage, covers fullscreen and armor is really ridiculous.

Actually KDZ has been playing Superman off the bat (no pun intended) I hate it only based on the fact that Superman is broken. It's like given Flocker shit for playing Zero. He played him since Day Zero before people knew he was broken.

My main character choices so far are Supes or MMH as my main, and then Bats, Batgirl, Raven, or Catwoman when I want to take a break and experiment with others. I like characters with natural powers, but I also like characters that have no powers and have to be good fighters and strategists to win :)
