Though it's a good thing to having a shelter in your home town but, the Igbos can do better by creating factories n company in their various local government n states for their people to gainfully employ and that woud give a multiplier effect on the people n the youths rather developing a beautiful village without creating job opportunities to the people. To me it makes no sense building mansion without jobs.
