I've always been impressed with Iggy's ghost writers on this song. The references and word play are top-notch. I don't blame people for being annoyed with a white Australian woman rapping with a fake black American accent (and mostly not even writing her own stuff), but I can see why TI was mentoring her. She's a good performer, has a cool look and voice, and apparently came up with this whole video concept. Charlie xcx puts it over the top. This deserved to be the hit it that it was.
