words cannot explain how amazing this video is! Every and i mean every IGL for a serious team needs to watch this video. Very fundamentals of learning how to outplay higher skilled teams and or pug teams.

Nick Sand If anyone in pugs even knew smokes/nades. Even in the B ranks some people don't know inferno smokes. C and D ranks it's like hopeless. Inferno plays a lot better in team matches for this reason.
@rfouR_46 жыл бұрын
Nick Sand half the time you call a strat like these in a pug, either no one listens, or everyone listens but doesn't give a shit and does their own thing, or someone just says "that's too complicated let's just run down banana". Even then you got people who still want to lurk and you end up with two people down banana, one person baiting, and two lurking. 🤣 T side inferno in pugs is dickass.

rfouR_ LOL trust me ik thats why I've only played 7 pugs in the last 2 and a half months once you get on a team there is no going back 😂

VaoDxArchAngel that's why I only pug mirage and cache if I want to win. Easier with retarded teammates.

Yay, I subbed a long time ago, because of these series. That's high quality content I wanted, not some rank S highlights like everyone else does and that you don't seem to enjoy. Thank you, I hope you enjoyed doing this video, keep them coming and good luck for your team.

I really appreciate there are videos made by steel, they do make the process of improving a lot easier and "guided". I love Steel Boi and all his content.

Seeing stuff like this as an in game leader and then when i realize that there is a lot more stuff to think about in round and on top of that a lot of times u can see Josh top fragging is just showing what lvl of a player he is. Hope more people will now understand what does it take to be an igl. Really nice video. Tnx :)

Its so interesting to see how such team play can be played out like this. I obviously cant show every random mm play this video or say a strat quick enough with the understanding. Wish i could play in a team so this stuff was more common. Its a different side of the game i never get to see and its pretty fucking cool. Great vid my man steel

i guess just practice it so that it becomes second nature. develop your muscle memory and habit for counter-strafing. if you're talking about making skill jumps and stuff, play community kz servers often and try and improve

May be a daunting request, but an explanation of compartmentalized processes for each map in the pool would be amazing. Only downside is it’ll probably cut away from your schedule. These videos are gold, it’s like the type of things I’ve thought about in game, but you’re perfecting the explanation. Thanks.

This was a fantastic video, however point you might have overlooked is to tell your viewers to just keep in mind the utility you're using for each of the smaller sub-strats. In the larger collective strategy, utility is limited. So just keep in mind how much utility you use for EACH sub-strat in a particular round, it it just as important in the first 15 seconds as in the last and you don't want to run out mid way. Otherwise amazing video, as an IGL myself, i learn allot from you and you've made me a better player. Keep it up. ⬆🔱😁

Imo sometimes it's not good to predict a reaction of a enemy and anticipate for that. Just react to things what happens naturally. Bcs when u think you outsmart them dumb enemies don't react to smokes or flashes xD btw i like this series and i learn from it alot for IGL other fps game :)
@arai61476 жыл бұрын
SF2 LoneWolf yeah sometimes but a well built team will most likely react in a few set ways so that they dont get lost as a team. You just have to watch their demos and find out their tendencies and predict one each execute and be ready with a plan B just incase they do something else.

Hey Josh, great video! Me and my team have a lan event comming up in 2/3 weeks and we are going to try and get this in our system. One question though, we are having excellent t sides but a lot of the times when we lose a match we lose because of a weak ct side. Do you have any tips on improving ct sides in general? (you can take inferno as an example if it helps awnsering the question)
