Facts...there's NEVER any reason to pre-order a digital game. We used to pre-order when we bought physical games cuz they would sellout at the local GameStop. Half these AAA games are released broken so it's best to wait for the updates then buy

What do you mean by “realistically land” on the planet? He was prompted with a menu of choices to land. And then it looks like the game takes over control, and it’s on rails from there. The game loads as you go through the clouds.

No doubt a game of this size, with 'No-Man-Sky' level of traversing between planets, will incur a graphical quality drop when it releases. I'm willing to bet their volumetric lighting and fog effects will be hugely reduced in order to maintain decent performance.

The space travel isn't better than Starfield, don't let anyone tell you that lie. Starfield let's you land anywhere on any planet. This was just a fancy transition from orbital flight to a small playable on-surface area. It looks better than Starfield, but it's essentially a better looking version of the exact same concept, with extremely less functionality. All this was, was a fancy cutscene that gave the illusion you were still in control of the ship while it landed. Nonetheless, I'm still excited for this game.
