Well, just like the professional pyros, they have to buy the igniters after using them. There are reasonably priced igniters that you can find on ebay (100 igniters for $29.99) or other websites that sells pyrotechnic products. All depending on how you want your display to look, you can choose to fire by hand or use a firing system.
