Mas en esos paises que el transporte es super puntual y si hay inconvenientes con el horario te devuelven el precio del boleto y te dan un documento que dice que el tren se demoro para que presentes al trabajo. This is why you always check in at least half an hour earlier. It's a good habit. Intentionally delaying the train just because you're late shouldn't be happening. This woman should be fined heavily or banned from trains for lifetime. Depending on speeds of trains, i cant think of how much troubles this woman gave to the railway administration office.
