It has to be of around 5-7 pages, covering all components of proposal, typed, printed, 3copies with filled proposal approval performa at beginning. Approval performa is in your dissertation manual, or get it from e Gyan Kosh. You come and submit it if it's prepared.

No difference as such, because program MAEDU would be counted, however you can choose as per your choice, one is enhancement, second is convenience, that is if you are not good at one choose it for enhancement, if you choose one you are good at will be convenient.
