One of the very first pieces I heard from Stravinsky, along with his Toccata from his violin concerto... I was about 17 and I really couldnt stand it until years later... Stravinsky has been my 'awakener' for modern music...

Stravinski was obviously a virtuoso composer, and this "tango" is quite in the style of a tango while being a noticeable piece of music. This is a part of Stravinsky that we love.
