Now, let's continue my 2 month-old comment: I think that the idea behind this music is that behind all the happiness presented in religious songs and promises, there is actually madness making the religion live and expand, meaning people are getting tortured to accept practicing the religion, causing mental illness and revealing the cruel part of christianity. Note that I'm talking about Midle Ages christianity and that it's really not comparable to nowadays religions. PS: Please excuse my broken english, I'm french and english is not my main language.
