This sounds like something in the pits of hell.

It sounds like a science experiment gone wrong, in my interpretation. The first few seconds are its creation and birth. The first swing segment is it being introduced to its "masters" - enjoying itself, playing with them. Then, something starts going wrong, it gets out of control. The first piano part is the creature crawling around in a now dead and deserted laboratory, trying to find its old masters, not realising that it has killed them. The second swing bit is the creature remembering the "good times" when it was first created (and its whole life possibly only lasts a few hours, but in its own experience the creature feels like it is remembering a lost childhood). The last part (my favourite bit) is a slow, agonising death rattle as its shoddy, artificial organs tear themselves apart, crawling down endless hallways until it finally dies.
