What really makes this game is the community. Definitely learning all the time is the name of the game, and there is no better way to start than a beginners tutorial so thanks Traxion for this (very) basic guide to the game (Even if we are all cringing at some of your management :P)

I wish they would add crashes and mechanical failures not just to non active managers, but also the active members. It would shake things up a lot it kinda gets boring seeing the same people in the top spots

Can we prepare the car to a race without been online at race's time or do we need to be online to take some desicions during the race?

so doing quick races raises the driver experience stat?

Yes but at a slower rate to league races. If I remember correctly exp goes up by 1 every 10 league races, and 1 every 20 quick races. Bear in mind quick races wear the parts and engine so you can't do them all the time. Also experience doesn't affect a driver's pace that much, so it's fine to just let it develop naturally

Try selecting IRacing as the token sponsor, WTF1 as the cash sponsor, and also let the doctor's contract run out to auto sign a 50k per race one if you're really struggling for cash. Plus you can use tokens earned in races to top up the cash
