Hi seniors, I am also gonna join igrua in july 2021 which is the second batch of this year. I am also planning to do my graduation from IGRUA. So is there any prior preparation required separately for BSc aviation in IGRUA? That is , are we suppose to call the college from where the igrua has been negotiating for BSc or its completely their(IGRUA) responsibility?

It completely depends on your financial wherewithal , as per my knowledge IGRUA charges 45lakhs ++ 5 lakh charges in other expenses, cadet pilot programme charges direct 1 crore + approx 20 lakhs in type rating. Also cadet pilot programme gives you an agreement that if you complete their training from them then your Job is secured.

No, BSc Aviation is available in IGRUA with affiliation from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University

There is a option to do BSC Aviation along with your CPL from IGRUA . IGRUA is affiliated with CSJM University at Kanpur and offers BSc Aviation degree to those who enroll for it on payment of additional fee. For the award of BSc Aviation degree it is mandatory for the enrolled students to complete their CPL training from IGRUA only.

The job security in the aviation sector is questionable as it is quite a volatile market . That’s why in the video she emphasised that one can complete 12th and come in igrua , but it is better to atleast do a bachelors degree so that atleast you have a base to fall upon if you don’t get a job for long period of time . The money charged is more , the jobs one gets in aviation is less. It completely depends on your financial wherewithal
