Video was extremely helpful, but I did not have quite the same results. My machine is just a little different. I had to use the reset button to get to keychip config. I was able to adjust the Accountind denomination and the coin denomination, but when trying to change the player denomination, the spin button does not light up or act as a right click to choose. The only thing that lights up is the change button, which only allows me to go to another player number.

Hey Marc, I have 2 S2000's, one has the 1270 enhanced board and is 9 line, the other does not have enhanced and is single line. The 1270 machine is showing netplex error, i already know the varta battery is leaking (unsure if this is the only problem). My Question, is is safe and ok to take the board out of the good machine, and put it into the 9 line game just to see if it boots up and will spin? I would like to test and see if there's any other errors or problems with the 9 line game, so was curious if i could do this safely without messing up anything on the good board/slot.

Hi quick question. I have a Tabasco slot machine. I am going to reset the denominations like you showed on the video and try to turn on the printer. Mine has a progressive, it's off. Have you ever dealt with those? Is there a way to turn it on? Thank you for the videos.

Hey Wayne! Does it have the progressive display? If so, does it just say NO DATA going across, or is it completely off. If completely off, it's likely disconnected physically to the machine. Check cables. If it says NO DATA, it needs to be configured like you said. During the KEY CHIP CONFIG process, there is a KEY CHIP CONFIG III - PROGRESSIVE. If you only see KEY CHIP CONFIG I and KEY CHIP CONFIG II, then you do not have the correct Version chip installed in the machine. Also note, on S2000 machines, you can not do multi-denomination and a progressive at the same time.

What is the difference between the IVC224 Clear chip and the IVC0097 chip? I have the IVC0097 chip and it looks like it cleared but I now have a "Closure M" on my screen, Is there a difference in the clear chips? I'm wondering if I should get the IVC224 chip instead. Any help would be appriciated.

Sounds like you have a game that requires a progressive controller. What Slot Machine Game is it?

How do you bypass the door optics? I have a IGT S2000 but my cabinet not in best shape and can never get door optics aligned so I want to bypass. Are you on Facebook?

Nice vid. If I were the customer I would disable those hard meters too. That clicking sound goes on for too long.

I have already tried twice to enter the denomination with the appropriate clear chip. if I set the machine to 10 cent denomination, then the credit count doesn't change when I insert a coin > it stays at the amount 1. However, if I insert a bill into the machine, the credit amount is correct. Example $20, then I get 200 credits. If I set the machine to $1, then I get >20 credits for a $20 bill. There must be a menu item where you can set the number of credits when inserting coins.? I have all the matching E Proms.. thank you in advance Greetings from Germany
