You should of got the artifact while you were in the cave because it’s a free soothing balm and some other sometimes good stuff edit: also I get standing torches and light the south caves way to the artifact so I can follow the torches to the artifact and most of the time I don’t have to fight any creatures so there’s a tip for yall

I know this video is 2 years old and I'm 2 years late lol but what helps me kill animals that try to attack me is a crossbow. I kill practically everything with one to 2 hits literally. Bugs in one hit, the jellyfish in one hit but some of the dinos need 2 to 3 hits and they're out. It's really helpful in my cave pursuits and underwater pursuits

You are slamming Ark with invertebrates but as the mission states it says find "6 unique invertebrates " so that means ants and snails aren't so unique because they still kind of exist in a sense. But they did add snails to list of unique now. Cheers thanks for vids.
