Blimey, Guitar Interactive managed to find a man who's never seen a Jaguar or Jazzmaster! 🤪

For those interested, I have calculated how many tonal options this guitar offers: * Single Pickup Engaged: 4 * Two Pickups Engaged: 6 * Three Pickups Engaged: 4 * Four Pickups Engaged: 1 Multiplying that total by five, for the five positions of the ATN-5 Variator, gives the total of 75 tonal options. For contrast, a double-humucker guitar with Seymour Duncan Triple Shot mounting rings and a Free Way 3X3-05 six-position toggle switch would offer 72 tonal options.

Do the pickups hum cancel if you select both bridge or both neck pickups together?

Definitely got the looks and interesting sounds and price is right. Not a fan of gloss necks. And any review of guitar with a Trem should discuss tuning stability. Thanks.

Looks like the guitars they used to hang on the walls in Woolworths in the late 60's to early 70's.

How cool to have two unplugged Marshall half stacks behind him.....

I’d be interested in the 12 string version, with an evertune bridge…

its a fair review, and a very nice looking instrument, the only cringe is the trem mechanism, 🤔😇
@kerstinover45369 ай бұрын
Why is the vibrato mechanism “cringe”?
@JamieMallender7 ай бұрын
@@kerstinover4536I think there’s a presumption here that the trem will work like the trem it appears to be modelled on. But in truth it’s a vastly superior trem to that.
@kerstinover45367 ай бұрын
@@JamieMallender There’s nothing wrong with a Jazzmaster/Jaguar vibrato though. I’ve been using them for years and years.
@JamieMallender7 ай бұрын
@@kerstinover4536I think yeah, when you’re used to them that’s true but an awful lot of players struggle with them. To be fair though, that’s probably lack of persistence. The trem on my first strat copy was horrendous but I couldn’t afford anything else and I learned to make it do the job.
@surautomatapiloto27007 ай бұрын
@@JamieMallender I've had way more issues with strat trem. I thought people disliked the bridge, so i don't know what the problem would be perceived to be with that trem.

No phase reverse options?
@zacharykim2957 ай бұрын
From my understanding any of the two bridge and neck pickups are already out of phase

Are these pickups singecoils or not? "I guess" means, you don´t know. So why do you not ask the maker?
@mekonium78432 ай бұрын
or, why don´t you ask the maker ?

Sorry, but I would not advertise my products using this guy. He has no idea and took no time to actually learn the details of the guitar... Roller bridge? Shape? I'm sure he's a nice guy and a great player, but Vintage REVO should find another demo video to link to if they want to hype this awesome guitar and get more sales. RJ Ronquillo would be a great choice for this.
@davemiles90429 ай бұрын
It does have a roller bridge…
@tremelo689 ай бұрын
My bad, he did point to the vibrato when he said that, so I misunderstood@@davemiles9042 Still, it is a kind of a fumbling around demo and not the one I would choose to be linked in my advertising.

I thought as demos go, it was very good. I'm sure the full specs are available online.
