Dear All, I too had a bittee experience. Please watch out the confirmation mail you get, you may have received a different product than what you ordered. In normal cases we don't check this in case of amazone flipcart etc. Here you should do that because. On getting item deluvered at home, when you see a different size than what you ordered, they point to the mail. They are not admitting the mistake in the ordering system at all. We got XS in place of XL. When we try to call them they will say they won't take back and disconnect the call abruptly. I asked to connect to the management and they don't have escalation steps at all. I have the calls recorded after telling them. I never used to be involved in my wife's shopping. When I hear her reminding at the customer care to get the delivery multiple times, I pitched in. They are not willing to take back the product even if you agree to buy another product of equivalent. I shall post the link of the KZbin video I am making off the call recordings and communication latee.

Meterial ചിലത് നല്ലതാ പക്ഷെ അവരുടെ കമ്പനി coords വളരെ മോശം ക്വാളിറ്റിയും size കറക്റ്റ് അല്ല. ശരിയാക്കാൻ പോലും പറ്റില്ല. മിക്കതിനും lineing ഇടേണ്ടതിന് പോലും ഇടാറില്ല വളരെ ലോങ്ങ്‌ top ആ കാണാൻ ഒരു ഭംഗിയും ഇല്ല. അവർ correct size ന് തയ്ച്ചിട്ടു വന്ന് video ഇടുന്ന തുകൊണ്ട് നമ്മൾ അറിയാത്തത്. ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസ ങ്ങളിൽ ചെയ്ത രണ്ട് വിഡിയോസ് നോക്കിയാൽ ആ വ്യത്യാസം മനസ്സിലാകും . അവരുടെ ബന്ധു ആ veido ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് '

I bought a few Kurtis and they all were worth the price . Yes definitely needed alterations but if you look at the price breakdowns if you were making one from a designer or getting it even stitched without handwork would cost more. Can’t expect all to be perfect , how many times have you come across with buying things which are not upto the expected level. Iha is one of the rare places sells reasonably good quality items. I m talking from my own personal experiences.
