This kind of stuff is easy for me because, my Dads mum worked at a bakery in Italy when she was a teen, so ever since then she was an amazing baker. She taught my dad how to bake, so he wanted to follow her foot steps into baking, and he wanted the same thing for me. So, 4 years ago my dad started teaching me how to bake and cook, and now baking and cooking is my life. I would be exited for a new lesson in baking and cooking. He would teach me every Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. My lessons were over 2 years ago.

I've only failed making French Macarons once, but it was because it was four in the morning and it was all kind of a daze. I failed because first I over-mixed them, then I didn't have any parchment paper, then I forgot to leave them to get tacky. They made good crumbly bits for a parfait though!

Tip: When you guys make the macaroons make your egg white mix colour Darker then you want because when you bake it, the lighter colours darken

For whip 1 tsp of cream of tarter 3 egg whites 1/4 cup of Granulated sugar 1 pinch of salt Yellow food colouring 2 cups of almond sugar shifted Then mix all together and do folds Grab wax paper and draw circles using pencils on wax paper for pikachu head And draw ears on separate, put macaron mix in piping bag and tie tight, Turn the drawed side of wax paper over and pipe in the design of the head using different piping tips Once piped, hit the macaron on table to make air bubbles come out And let the macaroons sit for 30 mins before baking ,while waiting preheat the oven 350F. After 30 min put the top racks in the oven 1 in a time.
