Pls don’t mind me, just writing sumn I dun wanna forget down here. It was hot, the air seemed to try crashing everything with the heat. Her breath went slowly and seemed to stop in between, stumbling, like a kid on its first steps. She heard the shattering glass, she saw the flames, could feel the heat and still she was unable to move, to escape her faith. She knew that, that’s why she didn’t even try, just kneeled there, close to the scattered windows, waiting for her last big showdown. Her gaze flew forth and back, scanning the room. All the things that once had seemed irreplaceable to her looked like burdens now. Her eyes deserted the destruction behind her and looked out of the window again, blinded by the view. Eventually, it felt like an eternity, the moment she had awaited came. The tower crumbled, bent down under the heavy burden it had to carry, started to collapse. As the tower fell she could clearly feel the frozen gaze of the other, watching her fly into her grave, but as the tower had almost fallen down entirely a smile lit her dirt darkened face as she pulled out a small button and a trigger. She held both clearly visible in her hands to make sure the other would see and then looked up herself. The last moment of her breaths she watched their face turn pale and full of horrors. The two faces looked at each other for a few seconds that seemed like an eternity. One pale and almost scared, the other red from the heat, with narrowed eyes and a still growing smile on the lips. Everything had turned out as planned. Then the flames welcomed her and in an absolute peace of mind she jumped into their arms, welcoming her end with open arms and a mind full of blooming flowers. >Peace< was her last thought before the reddish yellow hell closed it’s jaw and finally allowed her to vanish forever. Don’t ask me why this story came to my mind even tho it’s not even really related to the text or song (a little bit maybe) but I’m just posting it here so I won’t forget about it.
