Vry effective vdo lecture bt as a management professional nd other management done so my point of view Intreree whether psychology or any field the intership imparts practical knowledge nd skill development provided u have to see the trainer or manager r competent enough nd matured nd not deviated from the topic as sr.executives r the backbone of any Sector Whether it is Government sector or Private sector.Put ur.new ideas for self analysis nd get their point of view.If there is lacunae in staffing, Directing pls meet HOD.Scarcity nd fearness affects ur. wastage of time so develop communication skills nd b bold.U paid for the course so it is the duty of management to sort out the problem.U can approach grievance cell of concern department in brief in my views I appreciate your point of view as a professional.Awerness play's important role apart from philosophy nd psychology.Medicines r more effective when person is happy . Always remember Prevention is better than cure bt we can't sidelines medicine.There r different Training Methodologies in HR which gives effective results in diseases which r not curable like cancer etc.bt.Training methodologies imparts skill development rt.from grass root level to Top management level in brief in HR.Use conversation observed.Keep going 👍

Hii! I just got a call from the hospital for internship so can you please tell me will they give us some leaves whenever needed? As I have my exams in may so I need to take some leaves. Pls answer this and also this- will the internship be extended to next month if we want?? And with the documentation and signing of documents- like log sheets and all , are they flexible in it????

Hi Vaani. I hope you are good. There are no issues and no permission required to take a leave, but do report the same to your SR. Also, they create problems if you ask them to postpone your name to next month for internship. I haven’t heard of them doing the same. Also, extension is not provided beyond 1 month. And they do sign log sheets, they provide their own. You can get necessary documents signed directly from the HOD if required. They are very cooperative in that case

They refused to accept my internship application & said that , we just provide internship to only those Students who are enrolled with any university, so that we can provide them NOC / RECOMMENDATION LETTER.

IHBAS would need a letter from the university, I don’t think they allow without the letter, although you can ask them through mail once

They ask normal questions, why you chose psychology, why you want to do internship here, etc. also, I scored above 7.5GPA in all the semesters!
