Industrial is one of the best form of investment.. barrier of entry is high but once u enter, u never go back to houses and commercials . My mistake was buying industrial factory using my company name..

Biggest mistake any business mam makes Shld always consider buying under IHC..then loan then ur main bz rents back fr ur IHC..never buy under personal name...rental tax is higher
