visited this development, the developer had resolved all the issues and the product design is really great. great accessibility to the highways. fantastic master plan as they will be having commercial components in their future phase. worth considering if you are really looking for own-stay condo in USJ. so far this development has the nicest facade designs comparing with other on-going projects.

the site is basically surrounded by highway. the building will be exposed to either traffic noise and train noise 360 degree, hope the window is double glazed.

Noticed something interesting. In the layout plan at 7:24 the TV was intended to be on the long wall, but in the show unit the TV is on the short wall shared with Bedroom 3. Wonder if there's any advantage or disadvantage for the TV to be on either wall, or is it just a matter of preference?

Good location + well connectivity ++ 300m away from USJ 21 LRT station, booked 1 unit of Type A (4 Bedders) with MCT sales person, Billy.

I visited the gallery last week. I am bringing my parents over this weekend. Love the layout and the development concept❤. I have more confident after knowing that the company is currently owned by Ayala Land the largest developer in Philippines. Impressed with Ayala Land track record. Was also told that the temple issue was resolved🥰

Hi iherng. I have 2 properties at the moment and near to settling fully on the 1st one. If i settled the loan for my 1st property before buying another new property, will my mortgage be 80% or still 70% for the 3rd one?

How is this projeft compared to Southplace 2 at Metropark? Both commanding almost similar cost psf.

Their products are very different. One has 4 bedroom units that cater for families. Another have small units integrated with the main mall for the area. Although both are within Subang Jaya, it’s really at both extreme ends of the address.

It usually depends on the price range of the project. Since this is within that RM 700-800 psf price range, Teka is then one of the preferred brand.

The floor to floor heights i was told by sales person is only 3m. Too low right if hv plasterboard ceiling?

3m is actually very high already. Why have plasterboard ceiling because modern ceilings are all flat already.

Hecking weird to hear USJ 21 being called a very matured neighbourhood when I can remember a time it hadn't existed yet. Sounds super promising, though this place was pitched to me as a pet-friendly residence and there's a little "no animals" sign in the showroom lol

During my visit, the staff at Alora Residence were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and provide valuable insights into the development. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive experience further solidified my impression of Alora Residence as a place that prioritizes exceptional service. I was told as well that the company now is owned by a big Philippine company, so everything i know about the developer before I need to look forward.

One city is belong to them? as I know the company is sold out and One City is not maintained by the new owner. The project is not bad by the overall concept. The link covered walk way is confirmed and promised will build. After hear the whole project brief by the RA i feel confidence on it due to the owner is Ayala Land. However, I have reserved a unit.

@@Colonel.B.Sanders not sure man. the interior of The Address looks pretty decent. Facilities wise, nothing to shout about IMO. Traffic in-out is nightmarish... Imagine that in a long run living there.
