@@dale3404 it is still the property of the Petty estate. If it is performed live, specifically at a public event, the performer has to pay ASCAP licensing specifically for that performance. Since this was a private event, that doesn’t apply, but it’s still silly that they would play his music when he made it clear how he felt about tfg and his cult.
