About 9min in, that's called LegitAA, it's not spinbot, but is the same sort of thing. It creates a soft of fake model which displaces your head from where it actually is (desync).

IIRC Overwatch case rounds are assigned randomly since multiple people see the same case. You always watch the same amount (8) of rounds. I believe the explanation for it was so Volvo could better analyze and stop cheaters since they have access to all the back end info and can deeper analyze it.
