Is this a UPSC Interview ? There was not single question related to Why MBA?

Sad reality of indian education
@jjnoor2715 сағат бұрын
bhai last year i also gave IIM CAP and some interviews, just in 1 interview they asked why MBA. And the panel also know that why mba etc is something that you will be prepared with. and they want to test the holistic side of candidate thats why 90% of interviews in tier 1 are random

My observation - 1.He claimed that he wants to find the answer to one real truth, that would be very different from anyone since the beginning of human civilization and he wants to find that one truth. My question is how would an MBA help here? Shouldn't you get a master's in physical scieneces like Physics and then secondly he metioned he wants his IQ to be more than that of Einstein's, if that is the case, how will you prove that your inclinations lie towrds an MBA and not scientific fields? 2. A lot of untrue facts were spoken confidently like Ghaziabad or chess rating. Either ask permission to take a guess or simply say you do not know. Do not be so confident in staying a wrong fact. 3. His understanding of topics like AI and ML is very supercifial yet he has metioned it as his skill. 4. He struggles a bit with the English language as he could not articulate his thoughts and used a lot of irrelevant words. He can try pausing after every question to gather his thoughts and speak to the point. PS - These are just my observations, could be right or wrong. I mean no hate or harm. It's better to get grilled by a random youtube commenter than in the actual interview.
@gajendersingh128912 сағат бұрын
Yes. But we have to appreciate him that he spoke well. Rest can be managed and depends upon different interviews.

the sir with glasses on is so impatient that he doesn't allow the interviewee to complete. That's not how it should be. It's an interview you are there to hold a conversation.
@AbracadrabaКүн бұрын
that will not be the case always if you are going to appear in interviews with that the notion that it will be all easy flowing that's not gonna happen a lot of professors actually want to test you on this that how do you react when you are bombarded with questions it may even come off as rude but that is what they want to check how calm you remain and try your best to answer. This is probably one of the best examples of a proper grilling interview and depends completely on the interviewer

A simple way to sell powered glasses could be to ask someone to try reading something written at a distance, even if nothing is actually there, and then suggest that their eyesight might be weak and they could benefit from using these glasses.

@shubhamshukla3270Күн бұрын
Questions are really valuable. But I think, suggestions should be better. You can tell him more about how to structure answer. As a young candidate, He has tendency to show his knowledge more, since he is trying to be intellectual, it's backfiring badly. Bro don't dishearten, you have great potential, be simple, more humble, more critical and show less maturity. Take your time You can definitely do well.

I would say he is trying too hard to give a fake english accent which is not right, and trying to be oversmart in some instances. Also its recommended to only state general facts related to current affairs and not go into politics at all, because you never know what the political bias of the panelists are.

I am a btech graduate and the definition of machine learning he said is totally wrong. Why to mention anything in resume when you are not prepared of it. It is a basic rule of any interview in any field; all the starting questions will be from your resume and will decide how the further questions as per the knowledge level are asked.

Bro MBA requires high amount of mental agility. Real panels are even more brutal than this. They are not bullying , they are just testing how much you can endure.
