Sir maine khi sunna tha CAP IIMs ki interview online hoti hai , tho phir ye offline kyu hai, form fill up time bhi CAP colleges ki interview city preferences manga gya tha.

I was given only 24/50 in my CAP interview and this f*cked my whole aspirations. I only converted IIM BG, Sirmaur, Sambalpur. I was from bihar board and my academics were already average. Even after having work ex of 25 months, 96%ile, only CAP interview destroyed everything.🥹

There are many such stories. Even at 99+ not a single convert due to a late interview which was lasted just for 5 min. But he managed K, I & S

9/8/8, GEM, 20 month exp, 84%tile got profile based call from sp jain, but cat blocked everything college what college i shoudl expect now, for iit madni jodhpur or dhanbad guwahati or any thing

​​@@AzucationHello,Sir good evening.I have a work experience of.I arleady mention it in cat from I lost my salary slip,but i have 1.Relieving letter 2.Bank statements 3.Copy of the bond i sign with my company 4.Form 16 which shows the tax deducted from my salary. 5.Also have a salary account in which i can show bank statement of salary credited. Is this documents are enough to prove my genuine work ex.Please sir guide me regarding this.

@@AzucationI recently watched an interview with an associate director from ISB who clarified how their selection process works. He emphasized that no single criterion, like CAT score, automatically secures an advantage; rather, it’s a combination of factors-CAT score, profile, work experience, essays, recommendations, and interview performance-that collectively determine eligibility. The benefit of this approach is that if a candidate falls short in one or two areas, they still have a chance to excel in others to strengthen their application. While it remains to be seen how strictly this policy is followed in practice, it’s encouraging to know there’s flexibility built into the process.

Any other college going out of cap?? I strongly feel that all new iim should get out of CAP as they are getting big now and cap should only be conducted for Baby IIMs

@niravdedhia1797 none of the old iims and iim V takes payment for the admission, only iim amritsar does that and maybe Mumbai... In case of cap one single interview is deciding ur fate for 10 clgs ,if you mess up cap interview you're done , it's better to get different calls for new iims than one single interview deciding 10 clgs which might go wrong. Make some sense before you speak . I attended cap round myself last yr and I have seen so many good profiles and perce tiles not getting any clg because of bad cap interview
