They mostly go for executive MBAs.. In India where even freshers get to do an mba, more experience is a disadvantage as those guys generally eye a high ctc, so companies pick up freshers or guys with lesser experience at low pay checks..

IIM Sirmaur just sent me the mail about getting admission into mba programme but they said to send a mail to them after I’ve done the fee payment and to write iim sirmaur(tourism)…. In the subject of that email, I’m confused if i have converted mba programme or mba tourism, can someone please help if someone else converted it today itself? Update: I received another mail regarding my admission which confirmed that I’ve been selected to mba programme.
