I do fell sorry for the Loss of tata Mboweni, his work speaks for it self. SABC news TEAM, do understand that to spend half the news air- time on one person's natural death is absurd, when there is lot happening in our falling country. this takes away the interest of watching SABC news

So its new to you that when a person of Mboweni's stature dies,the public broadcaster pays tribute to him profusely? Also did you not notice that all tje networks were paying him tribute and not just Sabc? But even if other channels were not paying him tribute,the public broadcaster has a mandate to pay tribute to all those who served in office

@@MrsN-nc4du nope its not new, nope i did not notice the competition of who gives a forever lasting tribute. yes that's true they do have a mandate but it does not say spend half the news airtime on one person as if by the loss we are going to face a crisis, as a country. that's not to disrespect tata Tito. but i don't watch news to listen to one guys natural death for a full 10min, then 2 minutes into the news a father kills 5 family members and him self and you show that for a minute with out us understanding what had happened exactly with the father - here, this is a national crisis '' suicide". 3 minutes down those news 18 people got killed in a night out you cover for a minute again another national crisis. I leave in PE, I hear of someone i know shot at or killed every week, schools, Creech's and so on pay protection fees, if one starts any type of community dev you putting yourself at risk. I am sorry to sound as a thick person hear but his death has huge coverage tribute from SABC already for me to be listening about it again for a full half of the national news. I personally feel there's a lot of news we need to hear in this country, already that's not being shared.
