shouldn't theta be in radians and, I think it should be in between -pi to pi, representing moving from 1,0 to -1,0 clockwise(0 to pi) and counter clockwise(0to minus pi), since it is expected that the response for "negative" frequencies is a mirror from positive frequencies it is often only plotted from 0 to pi being the frequency response of the filter (bode plot)
