First please make sure that mail is state that you are approved by the coordinator. If you are approved your application status must be show approved. Again if you face issue then you can drop a mail to support team with your registered email id.

Lot of students faced this issue. This may be due to heavy traffic on the site. For the solution you can watch offline session when available . For the live session you can just click on the Live Session Menu link and need to wait on the screen it will come after a while.

It could be due to heavy load and traffic on eclass portal. You can watch lecture through KZbin if its listed there or you can wait on that screen for same tine i will come automatically. Or you can later watch office session when uploaded. Your attendance will mark. In office session and you will get certificate

@stanxtsy scrom packages are not replated to elearning portal but its a technical part in which courses are made . So students can watch it as a lecture in LMS . So elearning portal uses scrom packages i guess for the course. . I general scrom packages are basically zip file uploaded in LMS by the course creator.

As mentioned on the side and portal. Certificates will be issue on the basis of attendance only . And only participation certificate will issue not completion and self assesment is not mandatory to attend or pass as it is participation certificate. Thank you for watch video. Have you attend online sessions from eclass portal. If then you can watch session from the portal your attendance will mark by system. If yes then you can watch it without any page refresh or navigate to other pages in the portal. Or you can watch offline lecture to mark your attendance or you can call or mail to you coordinator to mark your attendance . .
