It would have been beneficial if a video was made on "what is research as a career option". I still can't understand what is meant by "you can mainly go for research after iiser". What's research? What's the job... Etc.

Well.. say you passed twelfth standard in 2022.. then you can give jee mains and advanced in 2022 and 2023 (usually people repeat only for two years) .. As for the number of attempts for jee mains each year, we'll have two attempts per year (the only exception was seen in 2021 with 4 attempts) For jee advanced, there's just one attempt per year

@@suicidedcat Randum same aanu.. but at the time of IISER application, to choose the category , there was an option - OBC NCL other than OBC . Here the problem is those who chose OBC-NCL got to be considered in the category rank ...and those who chose OBC got to be considered as GEN mode. That is , the overall rank is same as category rank..
