Idd students 3rd year me internship me participate nhi kar sakte kya

They can, but then 4th year mai on campus nahi kar sakte, also ppo chances are reduced for 3rd year idd intern since company has to give an offer 2 years in advance jo shayad nahi hi denge given the commitment required on their part.
