The 2nd online course on 'Exploring Consciousness, Inner Journey to Self-Discovery' was conducted by Sri M for the students and staff of IIT Delhi during the months of April and May 2021
Sri M begins the session with speaking about the Vedas and that which constitute the Vedas. He also touches upon the Bhagavad Gita which is part of the 'Prasthana traya' and a very good text for one who is keen on exploring consciousness. He also relates 2 stories from the Prashna Upanishad and the Chandogya Upanishad to further explain the concept of consciousness.
He also explains the ancient mantra, 'Sahana Vavathu Sahanau Bhunakthu...' stressing upon the importance of the key word of the mantra - 'Saha'. The session ends with Sri M answering questions put forth by the staff and the students of IIT Delhi.
