For CSE, I guess coding culture is better in IIT Patna than IIT dhanbad so IIT Patna while for core branches like Metallurgy, Mining IIT Dhanbad is best

No, library is not 24*7 Library timing is 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. but reading hall's timing is 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.

Jee advance has not conducted yet so without Jee advance score I can't suggest you anything about any IIT. Regarding NSUT and DTU, based on your percentile your rank would be 15000-17000, so if you are delhi gen category then you can get these branches DTU - MAC(doubtful), ECE, ME, and all other core branches except (CSE, IT, SE) NSUT - All branches other than all branch in CS( like CSAI, CSDA, etc), IT( like IIOT, ITNS, etc) and MAC But if you are outside general category, then it's difficult to get seat in regular rounds.

It depends upon what are your interest ..if you know interest then go with it If you are ok with studing Chemical then IIIT Bombay If you want to go for tech jobs or don't know the interest, then IIT Dhanbad is better choice

@@punamdeviextremefitnessach5087 It's officially not given but estimated must be around 15-16LPA for CSE, professors are good and definitely can't be compared to top IITs, yes majority tech giants visit there like Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Adobe, Accenture, Deloitte, Samsung, etc.
