I have a question asking that the figure (Video time: 50:30 to 53:50 minutes) demonstrates that the formation of CH starts parallel to ettringite from the very start of hydration process, which is opposite to what you have stated "CH produces together with the CSH, Video time: 52:45 minutes". Moreover, may you please cite here the original article demonstrating the diagram for structural changes of hydration phases (Video time: 50:30 to 53:50 minutes).

If C3A causing flash set, then why don't we simply replace it with C3S or C2S. It will eliminate the adding of gypsum.

no, it shouldn't as c3s and c2s didn't get enough time to react moreover these two components provide strength. c3s gives early strength whereas c2s provides strength with time passes.
