In my college days, these things were told by our professor and I was in love with the subject antenna but gradually the things faded and the confidence too....I started dreading the subject....I was searching vigorously for some source which can make me at least comfortable with the subject....BUT OMG this lecture has made me more informed than ever.....and I wanna express infinite gratitude to the professor for such a wonderful way of teaching, such deep insights and clear communication which make the whole series just PHENOMENAL!!!!! Thanks a lot Sir

At 20:44 if there is a matched load for the transmission line then how is the current standing wave forming as there is no reflection?
@paulamiroy9534 жыл бұрын
Good question, I was also having the same question before but I think he was trying to say that if there is an open circuit (which he also draws and shows) then there would be current standing waves formed, because from open circuit ends there would be reflection. So if we slowly flare those open circuit ends, then the same current standing wave type distribution remains but now they do not cancel each other as they add up due to increased spatial difference between them.

Revise maxwells Equations. Mainly the error that maxwell corrected in amperes law. The answer lies there I think

can some one explain y there is no radition in a ac currentconducter if it is placed nearto another conducter which always carry current oppisite to first cinducter
@anand39067 жыл бұрын
bcoz they cancel each other
@mahendargoud3537 жыл бұрын
if we place two conductors parllely of which carrying ac currents. I guess radiation will spread cylindricalli in respective conductors. Being they placed near my guess is radiatin will get cancelk in between the conductors hoe ever there will be outer radiation exists of two conductors pleas clarify bro. And one as the proffeser said energy is wasted in the form of radition does it mean in transmission line also energy being wasted?
@anand39067 жыл бұрын
if current flow.. then it produces magnetic flux in a particular direction..apply rt hand screw. ...now if current is flowing in opposite direction...then their magnetic field will be opposite and they cancel each other if their spacing is very small
@anand39067 жыл бұрын
transmission line or waveguide mai radiation should be avoided. ...as this is wastage...bcoz our purpose is to transmit energy either in vi form or in the form of em wave to destination...but in the case of antenna... our purpose is radiation...
@mahendargoud3537 жыл бұрын

O my frends can some one explain y a charge creates magnetic feild when it starts moving please my frends explain it
@abdelrahmangamalmahdy7 жыл бұрын
These are intrinsic physics laws (maxwell's equations). Whenever there is a current, it creates a magnetic field, and whenever a magnetic field changes, it creates electric field, and whenever an electric field changes, it then creates magnetic field once again! and the cycle goes on.. If you're looking for why that is, there's an explanation based on special relativity, explaining magnetic field as a "relativistic effect of electric field".
