The cost depends on the number of people and the number of days you plan to spend.

Although things may have changed. Check in time is 2pm but you can get there earlier. If your room is ready before check in you will be allowed in but if not, there’s a room where you can keep your bags while you sit at the reception till your room is ready.

Getting a room or flat is strictly by reservation as you are not allowed into the premises without a proof of booking.

IITA's mission is to assure food security for some of the world's poorest people.

IITA is a way for the Rockfeller foundation to control Nigeria's food supply. Read what happened with the one they did to the Philipines and India in the 1960s, from their own website on Rockefeller Archive Center, "The Birth of International Agricultural Research Institutes in the Mid-20th Century": "[IR-8 (a synthetic rice plant they invented)] was quickly mobilized to curb projected famines in India during the late 1960s, and in the Philippines it was even sold in the lobbies of banks and department stores. It did, however, require copious amounts of chemical fertilizers, new irrigation techniques, and other industrial supports to survive. So, while effective at increasing yields, IR-8 was also criticized for drawing corporate agribusiness into the Philippine economy, as well as its harmful environmental side-effects." Besides, I don't think these MultiNational corporations can do anything that God has not willed. Food situation is relatively great. I got value for my money. Your breakfast buffet is free and you can eat as much as you want. The price is relatively affordable.
