If I'm not mistaken, usually the "first digit" means the unit's digit, the second means the ten's digit and so on. In the question, it has been assumed that the first and second digits are the ones you get from navigating from Left to Right in the number. When you go from Right to Left instead, the answer changes. (49?)

no no, don't take it in so depth, here just assume that any two places of the 4 places are fixed. so just take them as constant and then go on further just like in the video. the answer is 56 no matter where you start it from (reverse or sorted)
