Your doing an amazing build here. May I ask what PE Detail set did you get for this and is this the 2008 | Initial release IJN Akagi 1941 Number:40025? I hear there is a new 2021 model coming out 2021 | Rebox (Updated/New parts) this month. Cheers

Thank you :) Yes this is the 2008 initial release. I was using this: www.eduard.com/Eduard/Photo-etched-parts/Photo-etched-set/Ships/1-350/Akagi-1-350.html www.eduard.com/Eduard/Photo-etched-parts/Photo-etched-set/Ships/1-350/Akagi-rear-column-1-350-1-350.html but you can get more ;) If i had to build it again i would buy wooden deck and this : www.ebay.com/itm/143910568835 and maybe all PE anti aircraft guns (but that one is for masochist) And this scale looks bad (at least for me) in diorama. I wouldn't do diorama for this model again. I have in plans build platinum edition tirpitz 1:350 by revell and some US aircraft carriers in 1:350 too. :)
