If you think about it: if Azusa bumps Natsume's arm while he is driving (given the fact that the arm bumped would be his left arm since Azusa is sitting on his left) wouldn't the momentum push Natsume's arms to the right causing the car to go to the right instead of the left like it does? -if you watch the anime it's like a game...Hikaru is a spy that always watches over his other siblings while having fun with it because he knew his brother's true feelings towards her all along as she is the only girl living with them,but when Ema have decided not to choose or accept their love for her more than a sibling/sister,he said that the next time that the others will start or decided to chase after her he will definitely get himself involve as he started to grew fund of her...while on the other hand the true master mind of this game was Masaomi because even after everything happens he already knew what will be the circumstances that sometimes because of that his other siblings becomes clueless about what he meant to some random things that involves Ema,but as far as the story goes he just wanted to take the responsibility of being the eldest and as a substitute father of Ema,so it's not clear yet on how or what he truly feels towards her,but somehow on the manga you can sense that he also grew fund of Ema just like Hikaru since it's not hard to like or fall for her just like what the other says especially Yusuke...

Hikaru is a journalist/ novelist, and he likes to teas his brothers. It is not strange that he knows a lot. He was problaby just following Ema the whole time. Hikaru likes Ema too, just like his brothers, but its difficult to see. I think he has his own way. If we are lucky then will we see more of him in season 2 ( if there will be a season 2 )
