Was a game changing upgrade when I finally got the DJI lavs, my old set of Sennheiser transmitter/receivers were so bulky and annoying! And same when I was at CES a couple years ago the interference was insane I was constantly changing frequencies

I just bought it two days ago july 20. It is very good. I tested for now only the wireless sound sent to the receiver and camera. I haven’t tested yet the 32 bits file. But from i can ear with my high end Sennheiser hd599, the dji mic 2 is very good. And super convivial. No need of computer or phone app. It is already the latest firmware. I got a recent build. Top quality product, the case is metal and you feel it is a quality product. Evetything worked right from the box with my Sony a7c.

I've been trying to connect my DJI Pocket 3 or DJI Mic to my bone conduction headphones via Bluetooth while recording for wireless audio monitoring. Go has 8 hours record time, better quality quality, only the mic is a bit bigger. This 32 bit recording is hype, all of a sudden audio clipping is a problem for tubers.

Can the receiver be plugged to a desktop/laptop via a cable? Or does the receiver have to be connected directly via the little usb-c connector? I’m afraid of the usb-c connector breaking over time when attached directly rather than by a cable like the hollyland. I’d like to be able to connect the receiver to my computer via usb-c cable if possible for Zoom calls.

Just bought one of these and going through my learning process. Unfortunately, the USB-C would not work with my iPhone case, an Otterbox. Works fine if I remove the entire case but no go with the USB-c approach with my case.

I noticed some weird audio things happening precisely when you said this about Sennheiser at 4:24. Do you hear that on your end too? It almost sounds like the mic got covered and then came back to normal. Which was weird because I see you holding it. Do you know what happened there?

I've been using mine for a month on projects. Internally I am as giddy as Justine. I am an old guy and not as animated though. 😂 So many great features. There are different ordering options. Unfortunately I didn't order the one with the lav mic. All that remains to be seen now is the products longevity and durability. Great performance in high wind conditions.

It's a shame that they split the recording into 23 min files still for 32bit float recording. Can be a nightmare to line up with mutliple cameras if recording for a long time

Personally I’m using a €15 mic to attach to my shirt, connected to my iPhone charger port. Then filming with my insta360 One RS (which is far away in some shots) and Pocket 3 without the mic since it’s pretty good by itself

Is there anyway to have this set but make the mic discrete when filming a video like this? I work with doctors and estheticians however they prefer minimal visibility of any mic. That’s an issue I’ve been trying to overcome while still getting great audio.

The clip fits into standard cold shoe. I have used it with a mini tripod stand set up out of frame, a screw mount holder with an added cold shoe and even mounted it on it's own tripod. Also out of video frame. It has amazing audio pickup even at great distance.

why I am not getting this. DJI is too cheap for free shipping for the 1rx+1tx to Canadian, so like whatever. I'll go with the Rode wireless Go 2 with 8 hours of record time vs 6 for dji. the 32 bit audio is all hype, all of a suddend audio clipping is a problem for tubers? only thing I really like is the small mic size, but is it worth paying a lot more for, not for me. So I'm just waiting for Rode to drop their prices before I make my purchase.
